The sales process with Chanon was very easy, as we started talking through e-mail then I came in to the dealership for the test drive and purchase. He didn't try to pressure me into a decision, but rather advised me on the models I was looking at and answered my questions without bias. He was also very prompt with correspondence and follow ups.
The service team at Mac Churchill are very polite, friendly, and easy to work with. They are very responsive and prompt when setting up an appointment, and quick to greet you when you arrive.
