"My recent experience with the service department was positive.  Michael Lindley was helpful and seemed interested in finding a solution rather than be defensive or short.  I believe that Michael is genuine; I will go back to him if I need service needs from the dealership again. Everybody in the service department is actually pretty nice.  I also met one of their master techs, C. - he was really personable and knowledgeable.  I really appreciated that both Michael and C. took the time to ride with me in the car and spend time helping me understand the situation I was dealing with.  This combined with a previous experience where the service manager helped me out with a goodwill out of warranty repair from Acura is the reason why I'd recommend this dealership over the one in Plano.  I have no experience with the others.  Carbuying experience here is okay but was a little disorganized.  Good dealership overall." - Hans D.
