"I recently used the dealership for repairs on my mother's 1989 Acura Integra. Prior to my visit, I spoke with Tony about a driver's side replacement mirror. After the mirror was ordered I came out to the dealership to have it installed. Unfortunately, the replacement part did not fit and a new assembly had to be ordered. Tony apologized for the error and helped me with the cost of an entire mirror. My mother is 80 years old and lives on a fixed budget, so it was nice for me to get a break on the cost. What could have been a negative experience, turned into a positive one. Tony even offered to send the part to my house so that we could have it painted before it was installed. Kimmie Hamilton also helped me with some follow up questions. He remembered my mom from prior service that she had completed at a different location. He was responsive and thorough in his answers about the repairs on my car. Overall good experience!" - Joseph Hardgrove
