I came in about 6:45AM for the 4-wheel alignment and transmission fluid services for my Honda Civic. The services were completed after about 2 hours as I expected. Great services, great customer lounge, and great deals. I've saved ~60%+ for the alignment (thanks for a groupon promotion) and saved ~35%+ for the transmission fluid compared to the Honda dealer where I got the oil change. I called a day ahead and scheduled for the appointment at 2:15PM but then someone called me back and said that the hour was booked. So I chose to come in early in the morning and hoped the service would be faster during that hour. Before buying the Groupon, I've read many negative feedback reviews but the deal was too good so I decided it's worth it to try and I was pleased with the services and prices. Question: My Honda Owner's Manual suggested to always use Honda Genuine ATF-Z1 (automatic transmission fluid). I checked with the technician and it's OK to use Acura ATF-Z1 (automatic transmission fluid).
